Platform Guidelines Effective Date: February 10, 2026
1. Introduction Spennypiggy is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and compliant e-commerce environment for users to sell digital products (such as online courses, podcasts, and written guides) and manage privacy-focused gift wishlists featuring items from reputable brands and stores. These Guidelines outline the standards all users must follow. By using the Platform, you agree to comply. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or reporting to authorities, depending on severity.
2. General Code of Conduct Treat others with respect and act responsibly. Present all products, services, and wishlists accurately and transparently. Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, intellectual property, and payment regulations. Deception, fraud, harassment, or misconduct is prohibited.
3. Creating and Managing Pages Pages must clearly and accurately describe any digital products offered for sale or wishlists shared. Include truthful details about content, pricing, and delivery (e.g., instant access for digital items). Misleading claims, false advertising, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited. All offerings must comply with the Platform's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and requirements from our payment processor (Stripe) and other partners. We reserve the right to review, edit, suspend, or remove any page or content that violates these Guidelines.
4. Transparency and Integrity Be honest about what buyers receive: digital access, perks (if applicable), or physical gifts from wishlists. We may request verification of page details, product legitimacy, or linked sources to ensure compliance and prevent fraud. Artificially inflating sales, manipulating reviews, or engaging in deceptive marketing is not allowed.
5. Respectful Communication All interactions (comments, messages, reviews) must be respectful and constructive. Prohibited behaviors include hate speech, threats, discrimination, harassment, defamation, or any form of abuse. Report inappropriate content immediately via our support channels for review and action.
6. Community Safety and Prohibited Content The Platform must remain free from harmful or illegal material. Users may not post, promote, or facilitate:
- Adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, or mature content (including literature, imagery, media, or services designed for sexual gratification), even if age-gated or marked "18+".
- Illegal activities, violence, child exploitation, hate speech, fraud, gambling, drugs, weapons, or any prohibited items under applicable laws or Stripe's Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list.
- Spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized data collection, impersonation, or platform manipulation.
We actively monitor and moderate content. Violations will result in immediate removal and potential account termination.
7. Prohibited Conduct In addition to the above, users must not:
- Facilitate tips, donations, fundraising, peer-to-peer transfers, or any non-product payments—all transactions must be direct e-commerce purchases of digital products or wishlist items.
- Engage in chargeback fraud, refund abuse, or attempts to circumvent payment rules.
- Violate intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or consumer protections.
8. Enforcement and Reporting We investigate reported or detected violations and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account restrictions, or permanent bans. Report concerns through our support email (miliao@brattys.cc) or designated form. We cooperate with law enforcement when required.
9. Revisions We may update these Guidelines to reflect changes in laws, partner requirements (including Stripe), or best practices. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance. Review regularly for the latest version.
