Users warrant that all content uploaded or sold on Spennypiggy (digital products, wishlist descriptions, etc.) does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

DMCA Takedown Process If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent laws to:

• Email: miliao@brattys.cc
• Include: Your contact info, description of infringed work, infringing material location (URL/page), statement of good faith belief, signature (electronic OK).

We respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the material and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts. Counter-notices are handled per law.

General IP Rules

 

• Users grant us a limited license to host/display content for Platform operations.
• We own Platform elements (design, software). Unauthorized use prohibited.
