Refund and Return Policy


Effective Date: February 10, 2026

Spennypiggy facilitates e-commerce transactions for digital products and gift wishlists. Due to the nature of digital goods and third-party integrations, refunds are limited.

Digital Products (e.g., Courses, Podcasts, Guides)

  • Once purchased and access/download is granted, sales are final—no refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with content quality, or similar reasons.
  • Refunds may be issued only for technical issues preventing access (e.g., file corruption) if reported within 7 days of purchase. Contact support with proof.
  • We handle disputes in good faith and comply with Stripe's chargeback processes.

Gift Wishlists

  • Items purchased from wishlists are fulfilled by third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Shopify stores). Refunds/returns follow the retailer's policies—not Spennypiggy's.
  • We do not process refunds for wishlist gifts. Contact the seller/retailer directly.

General

 

  • No refunds for prohibited content or policy violations.
  • Chargebacks or disputes must first be raised with us via miliao@brattys.cc. Abuse of refunds/chargebacks may lead to account termination.
  • This Policy aligns with consumer protection laws and Stripe requirements.
