Spennypiggy is an e-commerce platform for users to sell their own digital products (such as online courses, podcasts, written guides, and similar non-adult educational/entertainment content) and manage structured e-commerce wishlist purchases fulfilled through verified retail integrations featuring legitimate items from reputable brands and stores (e.g., Amazon, Shopify integrations).

Prohibited Content and Activities The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform—no exceptions:

Any adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, or mature content, including but not limited to literature, imagery, videos, media, live streams, or services designed for sexual gratification, even if marked as 18+ or age-restricted.
Tips, donations, fundraising, charitable contributions, peer-to-peer money transmission, or any payments not tied to a specific digital product sale or wishlist purchase. All transactions must be direct e-commerce purchases.
Illegal activities, fraud, hate speech, harassment, threats, discrimination, violence promotion, child exploitation, gambling, drugs, weapons, or any items/services on Stripe's Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list.
Misleading claims, false advertising, spam, phishing, malware distribution, impersonation, or platform manipulation (e.g., fake reviews, artificial sales inflation).
Content infringing intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or consumer protections.

Moderation and Enforcement We actively review pages and content during creation and on an ongoing basis. We may use automated tools, manual checks, and user reports to detect violations. Suspected prohibited content will be removed immediately, and accounts may be suspended or terminated. We cooperate with law enforcement and payment processors (including Stripe) when required.

Reporting Violations Report suspected prohibited content or activity via email to miliao@brattys.cc or our support form. Provide details and evidence for prompt review.

Compliance Commitment All users must comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate action without refund. This Policy helps ensure the Platform remains compliant for legitimate digital product sales and e-commerce wishlists only.
